Just signing to express my heart felt thanks to Pete & Angel, the contributors, the crew entire & most of all every body, both to whom I know & those I don't, who gathered together to party the night away on 09.05. It was a night I shall never forget & regard playing to the one group of people, above all else, I had hoped to entertain, an honour. With the bonds that are so obviously apparant at Planet Angel its no wonder that the "family" has grown to be what it is today, unbreakable.

I'll look for you on Friday, I must say that I do know Buenos Aires quite well since I was born there and spent 20 something years of my life (mostly trying to get away from there)in the southern hemisphere. If you want to hear more about that wonderful city, come and find me at Whirly tomorrow night. I am very sad to hear that I will no longer be able to see Pete Birkett when I dance at PA & Whirly. Never knew him well. Just a few words, a handshake, a smile and a twinkle in his eye. Enough for me to know that he was a good man. He helped me learn that age is no barrier to dance and tuning into the spirit of the party. I will remember Pete when I?m bopping next Saturday and have a special little dance in his honour. Condolences to all his friends, family and loved ones. |

Yesterday, a special, lovely guy called Pete Birkett died. Many of you know
him and have spent time, laughing, chatting, or dancing with him at Planet
Angel. He was a down to earth sort of guy, with a wicked sense of humour,
someone whom I know had had a change of heart about life in the past few
years, who was determined to live his life to the full. Pete was ill for a
relatively short time, but it was hard going. As two of his closest
friends, we cared and looked after him. I'm so sad that he has gone, but I
will remember him with great love and affection.

hello guys...was only at planet angel for a couple of hours (weep, sob) but it looked like it was kicking off wonderfully by the time i left...can't wait for next month...suggestion: why not have bubble mix in the games room? & wouldn't it be great if the caretakers had misters (bottles with very fine spray tops) filled with cool water to chill people out on the dancefloor?

Planet Angel last night was amazing. It was my 4th Planet and by no means my last. I love everything about the evening - the venue, the games, the fruit handed out, the music, the incense sticks... what other club would provide such fun, the chance to be children again in an adult manner? Whilst meeting some fantastic people? Remember - take your Planet experience into your everyday life, dont forget it when you wake up the next afternoon. Planet Angel and Whirly have changed my outlook on life, the culture is one of peace, love and happiness and everyone should experience it! AAGGGGHHHHHH PLANET ANGEL RULES! Last Thursday My father tragically died - within hours I was comforted by someone who I would now like to call my best friend, Alex, who works on the crew and is dervoted planet angel goer. Thanks mate, I was alos comforted by Robin, Jason and Olive who I met through Alex at Planet Angel. I'm not trying to depress this site, but all I would like to say is what I wonderful place PA is, and its at times like this that you are grateful for the party! Thankyou everyone and take care!

Hey! Good to be bac agian...The new decor and seating arrangemets is great! Felt a whole lot cosier and I like how everything is arranged. Well done Haze for managing to organise the fashion show so well....everyone elses outfits were fab and it's got me back on the making stuff bug!!! Time for a change of course though me thinks...
Anyway - Well done everyone...even to an old timer - Pa held new little quirks that delighted and surprised me...like the mulled wine outside to keep us warm in the queue....
